The coffee maker we were delivered differs slightly in appearance. I do not know why. The issue is the swing out basket that holds the coffee. It only seems to shut half the time. Every time you must use excessive force to TRY to shut it. We have two coffee pots and after messing with this one we give up and move to the other one. We are throwing this out and buying another brand.
